Exhibition 'Awesome Fingers: Picture Planes from the Fingermade Era' Curated by Rintaro Fuse to be Held from June 3rd

Avex Creator Agency Inc. (ACA) will host an exhibition titled 'Awesome Fingers: Picture Planes from the Fingermade Era,' curated by artist Rintaro Fuse, at its nighttime alternative space 'WALL_alternative' from June 3 to June 23, 2026.

Using 'fingers' as a keyword, this exhibition introduces a series of works that reconsider the technology and physical sensations that shape modern society. The venue will feature paintings, photographs, video works, and international music videos, capturing changes in our sensory perception and communication through a cross-genre experience.

The 'fingertip movements' used on touchscreens and trackpads are changing our daily communication, thoughts, desires, and even how we connect with society. This exhibition is an experimental endeavor to examine the technology forming modern society through various art pieces that focus on the 'finger.'

Participating artists include Kenta Cobayash, Kantaro Tanaka, Rei Nakanishi, and Shu Yonezawa.

An opening reception will be held on the first day, June 3 (Wed), with artists scheduled to be in attendance. Additionally, on June 13 (Sat), a talk event will be held in a 'MEET YOUR ART' public recording format, with Rintaro Fuse as the moderator and featuring the exhibiting artists.

This exhibition is part of the 'MEDIA ART CIRCUIT 2026' series, which reconnects the potential of media art within the context of Roppongi/Nishiazabu's nightlife culture.

At the adjacent bar, visitors can enjoy wine from the Yamanashi winery 'PINO COLLINA' for a limited time, selected based on the shared community values of the exhibiting artists.
