Avix Inc. Announces Establishment of a Subsidiary in Partnership with World-Leading LED Manufacturer Unilumin (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd.

1. Reason for Establishing the Subsidiary

Avix Inc. (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa; President: Toshiaki Iwakiri) is actively promoting business expansion and strengthening its revenue base to achieve its goal of becoming 'Number 1 in the Digital Signage Industry.'

In this context, by further strengthening our strategic partnership with Unilumin (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., a world-class LED manufacturer, we have determined that it will be possible to establish a high-quality, high-value-added product supply system and enhance our cost competitiveness. Therefore, we have decided to establish this subsidiary.

This subsidiary will focus on the supply, quality control, and technical collaboration of LED visions, integrating them with our digital signage solutions. We believe this will enhance our capacity to handle large-scale projects, improve profitability, and contribute to the medium- to long-term enhancement of our group's corporate value.
