The online community 'Ayurveda Star Members Club,' which integrates the wisdom of Ayurveda into daily life through Ayurveda self-care, Kundalini Tantra Yoga, meditation, strength training, and the use of spices and nutrition, will officially launch in July 2026.
Ayurveda Star Members Club is now open to anyone interested in cultivating holistic health and beauty of mind and body.
Since its soft launch in May 2026, 'Ayurveda Star Members Club' has been co-creating 'Ayurveda for everyday life' with participants through Ayurveda lectures, yoga, meditation, self-massage, strength training, Ayurveda workshops, and reflection dialogues.
Starting in July, the program will fully launch as a sustainable, practice-based online community, with enhanced monthly themed programming.
The theme for July is 'Creating a Body That Doesn’t Succumb to Summer Fatigue.'
In anticipation of the summer season—when fatigue from heat, loss of appetite, digestive heaviness from cold foods and drinks, chill from air conditioning, and stress on skin and body from UV exposure become common concerns—the program will offer an online curriculum combining diet, lifestyle habits, yoga, meditation, strength training, and self-massage from an Ayurvedic perspective.
On July 23 (Thursday), the 'Summer Beauty Ayurveda Workshop: Nourishing Your Skin from Within with Turmeric and Coconut Oil' will be held (3,500 JPY for general participants, free for members). On July 25 (Saturday), a special session led by instructor Nagasaka Koki titled 'Morning Dance Stretch: Building a Flexible Body Resistant to Injury' will be offered (2,000 JPY for general participants, free for members).
What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a traditional system of health wisdom originating in India and Sri Lanka. The term comes from the Sanskrit words 'Ayus,' meaning 'life,' and 'Veda,' meaning 'knowledge' or 'science,' often translated as 'the science of life' or 'the wisdom of living.'
Shirodhara, known for its forehead oil treatment, is one of its signature therapies.
In Ayurveda, it is believed that each person’s body and mind have unique constitutions. Therefore, a diet or wellness practice that benefits one person may not suit another. The key is not to blindly follow trendy health trends, but to reassess diet, sleep, exercise, self-care, and mental well-being according to one’s constitution, current condition, season, age, and living environment.
Simple daily habits—such as morning routines, drinking hot water, tongue scraping, being mindful of meal timing and portion size, incorporating seasonal ingredients and spices, and touching the body with oil—can all be forms of Ayurvedic practice.
At 'Ayurveda Star Members Club,' we emphasize not just learning Ayurveda as academic knowledge, but practicing it daily, noticing changes in body and mind, and discovering what works best for each individual.
From Theoretical Ayurveda to Experiential Ayurveda in Daily Life
Ayurveda offers valuable insights for modern, busy individuals to reconnect with their body and mind. However, its depth can make it seem complex and difficult to apply.
'I learned about body types but don’t know how to apply it daily.' 'I’ve heard yoga and meditation are good, but I can’t stick to them alone.' 'I learned self-massage but eventually stopped doing it.' 'I want to find the right diet and lifestyle, but there’s too much conflicting information.'
To address these common concerns, 'Ayurveda Star Members Club' was created.
Here, Ayurveda is not just studied theoretically. Knowledge from lectures is immediately applied through Kundalini Tantra Yoga, meditation, strength training, Ayurvedic self-massage, and practical nutrition and lifestyle habits.
What we value most is not memorizing the 'right answer,' but experiencing things in your own body.
If you hear meditation is good, try sitting quietly.
If you’re curious about yoga, start by focusing on your breath.
If you feel you need strength training, move your body a little.
If self-massage sounds beneficial, touch your body with your own hands.
Through these small actions, participants gradually notice subtle shifts: 'My breath feels shallow today,' 'My body feels heavy,' 'I feel lighter after moving,' 'This way of eating might suit me.'
Ayurveda should not end with learning—it should be practiced, experienced, and shaped into a personalized routine. This is the core philosophy of Ayurveda Star Members Club.
20 Minutes a Day: Reconnecting with Yourself to Enhance Daily Fulfillment
In our busy lives, the voice of our body and mind is often ignored. From the moment we wake up, we’re pulled by family, work, and schedules—only to realize the day has passed. We feel tired but can’t rest. Our body feels heavy, but we don’t know what to change. We want time for ourselves, but struggle to maintain it.
Ayurveda Star Members Club proposes setting aside just 20 minutes a day to reconnect with yourself. Even 20 minutes—focusing on your breath, moving your body, touching it with your hands, reflecting on your diet and habits, noticing your current state—can become a small gateway to returning to yourself amidst the rush of daily life.
Noticing your body and mind in the present moment. Building consistency through small daily practices.
These habits lead to real changes in mind and body, enhance daily fulfillment, and contribute to holistic health and beauty.
From May to June 2026, Ayurveda Star Members Club operated in a soft-launch phase, co-creating various practices with participants.
May’s theme was 'Lightening the Mind,' focusing on morning routines, tongue scraping, drinking hot water, and the relationship between emotions and Ayurveda.
June’s theme was 'Balancing Digestion,' addressing the sluggishness in body and digestion common during the rainy season, with practices such as detox-friendly eating, using cumin, and reviewing diet based on body type.
By reflecting monthly and noticing personal changes, participants built momentum. Starting in July, the community will fully launch with monthly themes, regular classes, special lectures, and workshops in a structured online format.
