The Badminton Association of Japan (BAJ) has announced the members of the junior national team designated to compete in the 2026 Badminton Asia Junior Championships, to be held in Yatsushiro City, Kumamoto Prefecture, from June 26 to July 5, 2026. This announcement excludes players scheduled to participate via host city quotas.

The Asia Junior Championships determine the top players among the junior generation (under 18) in Asia. The event consists of a mixed team event (using a relay format including men's/women's singles, doubles, and mixed doubles) and an individual tournament (men's/women's singles, men's/women's doubles, and mixed doubles, totaling five events).
