Baseball School 2026 Talk Event: '2026 Baseball Rule Changes'

The Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum will hold a talk event featuring Seiji Yamakawa, a member of the Baseball Rules Committee of the Nippon Professional Baseball Organization (NPB) and NPB Official Scorer. He will discuss the key points of the 2026 baseball rule changes, future outlook, and the role of the Japanese Baseball Rules Committee.
