Wellness startup BASYO Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku, Tokyo / CEO: Liu Yanping), which supports the development of healthy habits through the motto "fun, sustainable, and effortless with professional guidance," has announced its participation in "Startup JAPAN EXPO 2026," Japan's largest startup exhibition, to be held at Makuhari Messe on Wednesday, April 15 and Thursday, April 16, 2026 (organized by Eight / Sansan Inc.). BASYO's booth number is 22-31. Background of Participation In recent years, while corporate interest in health management and human capital management has grown, companies on the ground still face challenges such as "policies and initiatives exist but fail to fully reach employees' daily behavior" and "even when exercise opportunities are provided, only a fraction of employees participate." BASYO believes that to address these challenges, it is essential to build the very environment within the workplace that allows working people to maintain healthy habits without strain. This is the concept behind their vending machine-sized installable mini gym, the "Office Wellness Station," designed for easy placement along office traffic routes. At this exhibition, BASYO will offer attendees a chance to experience the service firsthand as a new solution contributing to the on-the-ground implementation of health management, enhanced office value, community activation, and stronger talent recruitment. Booth Exhibit Contents At the BASYO booth (22-31), the vending machine-sized installable mini gym "Office Wellness Station" will be on display, allowing visitors to see how it can be used in a real office setting. In addition, BASYO staff will hold mini experience sessions on both days, guiding visitors through how to use the mini gym while offering a hands-on 1-minute workout that can easily be incorporated into the office environment. Experience sessions will be held 5 times per day, 15 minutes each.
