Bewith, Inc. has positioned Malaysia as the starting point for its ASEAN expansion, launching an overseas business centered on its AI-equipped cloud PBX 'Omnia LINK,' which leverages over 25 years of contact center operational expertise. Bewith developed Omnia LINK by condensing the know-how accumulated in its contact center and BPO business. One of its representative features, the 'Seat Map,' allows supervisors to grasp the status of operators in real-time and has been introduced to over 100 companies in Japan. With Japan facing labor shortages due to a declining birthrate and aging population, Bewith has addressed this issue by creating a model that enhances the reproducibility of operational quality by systematizing its know-how. For this ASEAN expansion, Bewith acquired 85% of the shares of Malaysia's Radiant Communication Sdn. Bhd., making it a consolidated subsidiary. Founded in 1997, the company has a local customer base and develops the AI agent solution 'KeyAI.' Moving forward, Bewith aims for growth across the entire ASEAN region, starting from Malaysia.
