ALEF Inc. (Headquarters: Sapporo, Hokkaido; President and CEO: Dai Shoji), which operates the hamburg steak restaurant chain "Bikkuri Donkey," will launch four "Tomato Burst Hamburg" fair menu items starting July 15, 2026 (Wed).
This year, new additions include the "Garlic-Scented Tomato Cream Hamburg Dish," featuring two types of cheese and a fluffy, aromatic garlic cream that whets the appetite; the "Diced Tomato and Surprise Ebi Fry Om-Hamburg Dish," topped with a surprisingly large fried shrimp; and the side menu item "Diced Tomato Garlic Spicy Potatoes."
Additionally, the "Diced Tomato Om-Hamburg Dish," which was popular last year, will also be available for a limited time.
Please enjoy the "Tomato Burst Hamburg" fair menu, a refreshing dish perfect for summer, with a crisp acidity accentuating its rich, concentrated umami.
