### About the 2026 Digitalization and AI Adoption Subsidy
The Digitalization and AI Adoption Subsidy aims to improve labor productivity for SMEs and small-scale business operators by supporting the introduction of IT tools (software, services, etc.) for business efficiency and digital transformation (DX).
This program was formerly known as the 'IT Introduction Subsidy' and has been renamed starting this fiscal year.
The 'VAddy Advanced Plan' is certified as an eligible tool for the 2026 fiscal year, making its monthly usage fees eligible for the subsidy. Up to 1/2 of the target service cost can be subsidized, with a maximum limit of 1.5 million JPY for up to two years, allowing customers to utilize the VAddy Advanced Plan with reduced implementation costs.

### Eligible Customers
- Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and small-scale business operators considering the introduction of the 'VAddy Advanced Plan' are eligible. - Please note that customers who have already introduced the target service in the past, or those who have signed a contract or completed implementation before the grant decision, are not eligible. - Businesses that were previously selected for the 'former IT Introduction Subsidy' when introducing other companies' systems can still apply for the '2026 Digitalization and AI Adoption Subsidy.' ### About Subsidy Amounts
- The subsidy amount is within 1/2 of the target service cost. The range is between 50,000 JPY and less than 1.5 million JPY. - The subsidy covers software purchase costs, cloud usage fees, and introduction-related costs. Cloud usage fees are eligible for up to two years. - Utilizing the subsidy for 24 months requires a two-year contract.
