About 'Nurse Fes 2026'

'Nurse Fes 2026' is Japan’s largest event co-created by nurses, nursing students, companies that support them, and Nurse-Senka, under the theme 'It’s truly great to be a nurse.' The event offered unique experiential content reflecting the voices of active nurses, beauty, gourmet, and healthcare booths sponsored by 90 organizations, and special stage performances, delivering experiences that helped hardworking nurses feel pride in their work and fulfillment in their personal lives.

Event Highlights

≪Special Content (On-site Programs)≫

This year’s Nurse Fes featured numerous programs designed from a nurse’s unique perspective. The 'Best Arm Grand Prix,' themed around the occupational habit of 'instinctively looking for good veins for blood draws,' and the 'Nurse Common or Uncommon?' game sparked deep empathy and laughter unique to the nursing profession, enhancing the sense of unity at the venue.

In the 'My Future Self Declaration,' participants wrote their future goals on original declaration cards, motivating each other. The 'Manager-Only Room' hosted candid roundtable discussions and seminars for nursing managers, enabling meaningful exchanges across workplace boundaries.

Popular attractions from last year, such as 'Nurse Reward Darts' and the 'Work Support Market' featuring practical items for daily nursing duties, remained bustling throughout the event.

On June 14 only, the outdoor exhibition area featured a special appearance of the 'mobile operating room' ER Car (T01) from the movie 'TOKYO MER: The Moving Emergency Room – CAPITAL CRISIS.' Combined with costume displays from TOKYO MER, the area attracted many visitors taking commemorative photos.

Additionally, the 'Nurses’ Serious Sports Day' brought attendees together in spirited competitions, including mini car races, beanbag toss, and tug-of-war, enjoyable for families.

≪Special Stage≫

On the main stage, special guests 'Monaki' and 'Kintarō.' appeared. Monaki delivered an energetic 'Support Therapy' live performance dedicated to nurses, while Kintarō. entertained the audience with his versatile impersonations and talk show, filling the venue with cheers and laughter.

≪Seminars & Stages≫

The seminar and stage program hosted numerous practical lectures by frontline experts and specialists. Attendees actively participated in sessions such as a seminar on disaster preparedness and regional nutrition care based on experiences from the Noto Peninsula earthquake (Speaker: Etsuko Nakamura), and a yoga and exercise stage addressing common posture issues among nurses to relieve back pain and fatigue (Speaker: Nao Hirota), gaining knowledge applicable to both work and daily life.

≪Exhibiting Company Booths≫

Ninety organizations that 'want to support nurses' in the beauty, gourmet, and healthcare sectors exhibited. Booths offered nurse-focused programs such as skin analysis and tastings of health-boosting drinks. Long lines formed at each booth from opening, maintaining a lively atmosphere throughout the event.

Comments from the Organizer

Satoshi Sato, Group Leader, Nurse-Senka Festival Operations Group, Medical Career Business Division, Marketing Promotion Department, Nurse-Senka

'Nurse Fes 2026' successfully concluded after welcoming over 9,000 attendees, far exceeding our expectations. We sincerely thank all the nurses, nursing students, and supporting companies who participated.

At the venue, we heard many heartfelt comments such as, 'Though being a nurse can be tough at times, I’m glad I’ve kept going—it felt like a rewarding day,' and 'I’ve been struggling at work and losing motivation, but now I feel like trying a little harder.' These responses reaffirmed the vital role this event plays. The sports day, where nurses, students, supporting companies, and Nurse-Senka united as one, along with the energy and unity unique to offline events, gave us a strong sense of achievement.

Under the concept of 'It’s truly great to be a nurse,' Nurse-Senka will continue and further develop Nurse Fes to deliver energy and smiles to nurses and nursing students who dedicate themselves to saving lives. We hope this event becomes a catalyst for even more nurses to feel pride and joy in their profession.
