Celebrating 25 years, BOA® Technology is introducing the next generation H5 dial platform and the integration of the expanded BOA® PerformFitTM Wrap. Since the launch of the first BOA®-equipped snowboard boots in 2001, BOA® has consistently evolved snowboard boot fit and performance through product innovation, athlete testing, and collaboration with the world's top snowboard brands.

The newly developed H5 dial platform introduces the first micro-adjustable, two-way tensioning system for snowboard boots, enabling a more precise and customizable fit. Building on the proven success of two-way adjustment in other categories like cycling and alpine skiing, riders can instantly fine-tune their fit without fully releasing the lace tension. Additionally, the symmetrical dial interface ensures consistent tightening and loosening operations regardless of dial placement on the tongue or side of the boot. With dual H5 dials, snowboard boots offer even more powerful, zonal fit control for quicker, more secure adjustments.

When paired with the BOA® PerformFitTM Wrap construction, the H5 delivers a more integrated snowboard boot fit through precise adjustment across the entire foot, ankle, and lower leg. The BOA® PerformFitTM Wrap uniformly wraps the boot's key components, securing the heel, enhancing midsole integration, and distributing pressure evenly across the cuff and midfoot for superior fit and proven performance advantages.

Recent findings from the BOA® Human Performance Fit Lab (HPFL) support these benefits. Compared to traditional lace-up snowboard boots, the BOA® PerformFitTM Wrap solution delivers up to 4.5% improvement in power transfer and up to 9% improvement in stability and control.
