About ANP (Artist Network Program) ANP is a program that supports artists and creators under RVCA's brand philosophy, 'The Balance of Opposites.' It operates as a network connecting RVCA with creators in various fields, such as art, music, skate, surf, and fight culture, transcending brand boundaries.

About ANP Quarterly Launched in 2005, 'ANP Quarterly' was a culture magazine embodying the philosophy of RVCA's Artist Network Program (ANP). Centered on art, it focused on diverse creators in skateboarding, music, and street culture, and was distributed through galleries, museums, and bookstores worldwide. It was an iconic project for RVCA, serving as a platform to connect creative communities.

ANP TOKYO Inheriting the spirit of the currently suspended 'ANP Quarterly,' RVCA Japan is launching 'ANP TOKYO' in 2026 as a new culture platform. Focusing on artists and creators based in Tokyo, it broadcasts the diverse culture generated by the city from a unique perspective. It records the creative energy breathing in the city of Tokyo and the stories of each community, passing them on to the next generation.

We do not follow trends. What we want to record are the people and cultures that will possess value transcending time. And 'ANP TOKYO' is a platform to record and broadcast the creativity born from Tokyo's communities.

The magazine will be distributed at RVCA STOREs and select locations that carry HIDDEN CHAMPION. *Distribution quantities are limited and will end when supplies run out.

'ANP TOKYO' is an art magazine published by RVCA that focuses on 'art' and 'community' in a broader sense. Its concept follows 'ANP QUARTERLY,' which RVCA published from 2005 to 2015. As the name suggests, 'ANP TOKYO' will primarily introduce artists active in Japan, broadcasting from TOKYO. The goal of 'ANP TOKYO' is not to chase topicality like 'who is getting attention now.' It aims to highlight the people and phenomena that should be truly evaluated and discussed, regardless of era or timing. It aspires to be a magazine that delivers valuable information with an open attitude, free from the social and economic constraints faced by many publications.

'MHAK × TENGAone' RVCA SHIBUYA Store Wall Art Ahead of the launch of ANP TOKYO, a collaborative wall painting by artists MHAK and TENGAone was created on the wall of the RVCA SHIBUYA store in May 2026. This artwork by two artists representing Tokyo's art scene was produced as an iconic visual for RVCA SHIBUYA as part of the ANP TOKYO project.

ANP TOKYO Commemorative T-shirts To commemorate the launch of 'ANP TOKYO,' commemorative T-shirts by 5 groups of artists participating in the magazine (BIKO & KENNY / HOT FUDGE / MHAK / Shinkichi Hiroshima / TENGAone) will be released. The designs incorporate the artwork of each artist and will be sold in limited quantities.
