Boomi™, LP., the intelligent connectivity and automation leader, and Boomi Japan announced that New Zealand-based social infrastructure company Citycare Property has streamlined its HR and employee management processes using the Boomi Enterprise Platform. The implementation has led to reduced onboarding times, improved data quality, and higher employee satisfaction.
Citycare Property provides essential services, including the construction, maintenance, and operation of social infrastructure for central and local governments across New Zealand. To support its growth and transformation, the company decided to modernize its HR processes. Working with Boomi partner Adaptiv, Citycare Property adopted the Boomi Enterprise Platform alongside a new HR Information System (HRIS) to create a consistent, employee-centric operational base across HR, payroll, and IT systems.
Before the integration, onboarding new employees took several days for account setup and system access, creating a bottleneck. Adaptiv deployed Boomi’s Data Hub and integration capabilities to provide a centralized view of employee information. Now, updates for onboarding, role changes, and offboarding are automatically synchronized across all systems, ensuring data accuracy and security without disrupting daily operations.
Adam Doocey, CIO of Citycare Property, noted that Boomi has provided unprecedented visibility and significantly shortened the time for new hires to gain system access. Philip Durrant, Principal Consultant at Adaptiv, highlighted that Boomi was the ideal choice because it combines integration with master data management, offering the scalability needed for future growth.
