Through the appointment of these two executive officers, the Company will further promote product development based on AI, strengthen the organizational capabilities of its contract development and UI/UX design businesses, and enhance the value provided to customers. Background and Objectives for the Appointment of Both Executive Officers

The product development environment is undergoing significant changes, including the evolution of generative AI. Companies are increasingly required not only to possess technical capabilities but also to design products from a user perspective and build organizations that can respond rapidly to change.

bravesoft views these changes as opportunities for growth, drawing on its expertise cultivated through developing over 800 apps and systems, as well as its own products.

With the appointment of both executive officers, we will strengthen the organizational management of our contract development business and accelerate product development based on AI by establishing a new CPO role. We aim to further enhance the expertise in both businesses, improve the value provided to customers, and achieve sustainable growth.

Profiles and Comments of the New Executive Officers

Executive Officer / Natsuki Sukegawa

While attending a fashion vocational school, she gained experience at a sole proprietorship for stylists and worked as a stylist for approximately 8 years, primarily in the entertainment field. She joined the Company in 2012. After gaining practical experience in multiple departments, she was appointed Chief Director in 2017. Subsequently, she served as Project Manager and General Manager before being appointed Executive Officer in 2026. Currently, as General Manager of the Creative Division, she oversees the contract development business, handling a wide range of responsibilities from customer proposals to project execution and organizational management.

He began his career as an engineer immediately after graduating from university, gaining broad experience from development to client negotiation as an SES and freelancer. He joined the Company in 2018 and was responsible for planning, development, design, and marketing as the director of "eventos." He was appointed General Manager in 2025 and Executive Officer and CPO in 2026. He promotes product development and organizational building centered on AI and oversees the entire eventech business.
