Overview of Revisions and Expansion These changes will take effect from the shareholder benefits record date of June 30, 2026.
To further enhance returns to shareholders, the company is shifting to a new program primarily based on 'Digital Gift®,' which can be exchanged for various electronic money and points, in addition to the existing QUO card option.
Background of Revisions Broad Enterprise introduced its shareholder benefit program in December 2022 to thank shareholders and improve the investment attractiveness of its stock. The decision to revise and expand the system was made based on three objectives:
- To further enrich returns for shareholders. - To improve convenience in receiving and using benefits. - To enhance the investment appeal and liquidity of the stock.
Point 1: Transitioning the Main Benefit to Digital Gift® In place of the current QUO card system, the program will shift to one primarily based on Digital Gift® (provided by Digital Plus, Inc. (Securities Code: 3691) group). Digital Gift® can be exchanged for various electronic money and points.
Major exchange options include: PayPay Money Lite, Amazon Gift Cards, Rakuten Point Gift, d Point, au PAY Gift Card, QUO Card Pay, FamiPay Gift, WAON POINT, Visa eGift vanilla, Google Play Gift Code, Uber Eats Gift Card, Skylark Gift Certificates, Yoshinoya Digital Gift, Tully's Digital Gift, Digital KFC Card, Nishimatsuya Chain Digital Gift, Book Card NEXT, TOHO Cinemas Digital Gift, Bitcoin by bitFlyer, and others.
The original original QUO card option remains selectable.
Point 2: Revision and Expansion of Benefit Content (Semi-annual and Increased Amounts) The program will change from once a year (record date of end of December) to twice a year (record dates of end of June and end of December). The total annual benefit amount will also be expanded.
Point 3: Abolition of Continuous Holding Requirement Under the current system, shareholders were required to hold shares for at least one year to qualify for benefits. Following the change, this requirement will be abolished. Shareholders listed or recorded in the shareholder registry as of each record date and holding at least one unit (100 shares) will be eligible.
