All Employees to Obtain AI Certification! CAICA DIGITAL Strengthens Talent Development

In light of the rapid advancement of generative AI technology, our group has launched an initiative to promote the acquisition of AI-related certifications for all employees involved in our IT service business. This initiative aims to enhance AI utilization skills across a wide range of business areas, including development, productivity improvement, proposal activities, and maintenance, while strengthening the human foundation that supports our 'AI Driven Development.' The program targets 267 full-time employees in the IT service sector, with completion aimed by the end of October 2026. Target certifications include the G-Certification, Generative AI Passport, and AWS Certified AI Practitioner.
