CancerNet Japan, a certified non-profit organization (Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; Board Chair: Tetsu Iwase), will host the Japan Cancer Forum (JCF), one of the largest cancer medical forums in Japan, on August 8th (Sat) and 9th (Sun). The venue will be the B2F to 3F of the Bunkyo Civic Center.

This forum, held annually since 2014, will mark its 13th year in 2026. This year's theme is "Living My Way: Reliable Information and Choices to Support Coexistence with Cancer." For the first time, it will be co-hosted with Bunkyo City to realize a community-based cancer awareness event.

[Providing diverse and rich latest information] Lectures at the venue will cover the latest information on "colorectal cancer," "stomach cancer," "lung cancer," "breast cancer," "prostate cancer," "pancreatic cancer," "esophageal cancer," "lymphoma," and "multiple myeloma." Topics common to all cancers, such as the roles of nutrition and exercise, geriatric cancer care, managing side effects, and end-of-life care, will also be addressed. On-demand distribution is also planned for remote participation.

[Providing spaces for patient and family exchange] 45 organizations will host booths to provide opportunities for consultation and interaction. Public second opinions and a lemonade stand supporting childhood cancer care will also be featured.
