As the first concrete measure under the cooperation agreement signed on July 6, 2026, by Nagano City, the Nagano City Kindergarten and Certified Children's Center Federation, the Nagano City Private Nursery Association, and Career Field Co., Ltd. A total of 71 public and private kindergartens, certified children's centers, and nursery schools in Nagano City will participate in this program. This initiative aims to foster future childcare professionals through regional collaboration involving kindergartens, nursery schools, local government, and private companies.
