Carry On Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo; CEO: Tatsuki Takada), which manages creators including YouTubers, held a triple-collaboration cooking class featuring video creator 'Fujita Kana,' the Osaka Gas Cooking School, and Doshisha's kitchen brand 'evercook.' The event demonstrated 'One-Pan' cooking, which achieves 'health, cost-performance, and time-performance.' By proposing a style that minimizes stress from cooking to cleanup, the event received high praise from participants. We report on the special lesson filled with smiles. The venue was the 'Hug Museum' in Nishi-ku, Osaka, a hub for food and housing information by Osaka Gas. The event started in a cozy atmosphere with fans of Fujita Kana from across the country and regular students of the school. The class was held in two sessions, morning and afternoon. The recipes introduced were 'One-Pan' dishes that complete everything from prep to cooking in a single pan, which have gained huge popularity in Fujita Kana's book 'Zurui Okazu' and the recipe site 'Nadia.' Participants experienced cooking with evercook pans, expressing surprise at how ingredients slid off without sticking. At the end of the event, Doshisha presented all participants with an 'evercook All-Heat Source Compatible Tamagoyaki Pan.' A survey showed that 77.6% of participants felt that 'cleanup was easy due to fewer dishes.' The event successfully conveyed the appeal of Fujita Kana's 'One-Pan' recipes.
