Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Karin Dragan; hereinafter "the Company") has been selected for the fourth consecutive year as a 'Supplier Engagement Leader'—the highest rating—in CDP's 2025 Supplier Engagement Rating, published by the international non-profit organization CDP.
CDP's Supplier Engagement Rating evaluates corporate efforts to engage their supply chains on climate change. The assessment is based on responses to five areas in the CDP questionnaire: governance and business strategy, targets, Scope 3 emissions calculation, risk management processes, and supplier engagement. The Company achieved the highest possible score, an 'A score.' Additionally, the Company has also been named to CDP's 'A List' for Water Security (Note 1).
The Company places Creating Shared Value (CSV)—the shared value created between business, economy, and society—at the core of its management philosophy. Using this approach as the foundation of its sustainability strategy, the Company has established non-financial goals called 'CSV Goals' and is actively implementing numerous initiatives to achieve them. Moving forward, the Company will continue to deepen collaboration with suppliers, accelerate climate action, and contribute to building a sustainable value chain.
