Shonan T-SITE (Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture) will hold an outdoor event, "Shonan WINE GARDEN," for two days on July 10 (Fri) and 11 (Sat), 2026. In addition to a reservation-only pairing event, local wines and food pairings will be available. Please enjoy a rich weekend in early summer Shonan, savoring your favorite drink and local delicacies.

Pairing Event "Savoring Shonan's Bounty Aperitif" (Advance Reservation Required)

We will offer multiple wines that pair well with dishes from Mercian Fujisawa Factory, which has been producing alcoholic beverages in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture for over 100 years, along with three dishes using Shonan ingredients from FARM CANNING, based in Zushi City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Please enjoy the marriage of wine and food while listening to Mercian's commitment and the producers' passion.

Mercian Fujisawa Factory in Kanagawa Prefecture, which boasts the No. 1 wine shipment volume in Japan*, has been making wine for many years with the desire to "allow as many customers as possible to easily enjoy wine." We have concluded a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Fujisawa City and are working to develop the region through wine.

At this event, we will sell wines recommended for summer made at the Fujisawa Factory, and also hold a special experience session for the new wine "Mercian Wines Dandelion," which will be released on August 25 (Tue).

This wine, developed with the motif of "dandelion," which has the flower language of "happiness," has a gentle taste that you won't get tired of. "Mercian Wines Dandelion Red" offers a fruity and gentle taste with a harmonious balance of tannins and sweetness, and a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of cherry and raspberry. "Mercian Wines Dandelion White" offers a fruity and gentle taste with a harmonious balance of acidity and sweetness, and a rich aroma reminiscent of mandarin orange and pear.

FARM CANNING

Established in 2016 with the concept of "Making fields more commonplace." Based in Zushi City, Kanagawa Prefecture, we manufacture and sell bottled products using imperfect organic and pesticide-free vegetables, and communicate the cycles of nature and sustainable food through catering and farm clubs.

A creative restaurant specializing in "meat and wine," where you can casually enjoy game meat. You can enjoy a variety of meat dishes, mainly healthy and delicious lean meat.

An Italian restaurant located on the 2nd floor of Building No. 2 at Shonan T-SITE. We offer carefully selected appetizers that pair well with wine.

FOOD & COMPANY

A store located on the 1st floor of Building No. 1 at Shonan T-SITE, offering a wide range of carefully selected ingredients essential for daily meals.

This time, we will be serving wines from KIKI WINE CLUB, which we handle regularly.
