Chari Loto Co., Ltd. (Shibuya, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yosuke Ishihara), commissioned by Takamatsu City, is responsible for the maintenance, management, and surplus land development of Takamatsu Velodrome. We are pleased to announce that the outline of the surplus land utilization plan has been finalized. The redevelopment project aims to create a space that fosters local attachment and tourism by valuing Takamatsu's climate and culture while providing a place for daily relaxation and cycling activities. The plan, themed 'A Plaza Where Wind and Travel Circulate,' aims to create a space where diverse people gather, from local residents to tourists. The 'Park & Sports' zone will feature the 'Furin Loop' as a symbol. The 'Market' zone will include a hotel, restaurants, a hot spring facility, and a community hub. The 'Kids' zone' will offer a 'Fluffy Dome' and a kids' bike area. Construction for the hotel begins in November 2026, with a grand opening planned for the first half of 2028.
