Chariloto App and KEIRIN Official TV "SPEED Channel" Launch Partnership

Chari-loto Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Yosuke Ishihara), which develops and operates the online betting service "Chariloto" for Keirin and Auto Race tickets, and comprehensively operates Keirin stadiums and off-track betting facilities, has entered into a contract with SPEED CHANNEL Inc. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Minoru Watanabe), the official channel for Keirin, for the distribution of Keirin video content.

As a result, starting Wednesday, June 10, 2026, users will be able to watch selected videos from Keirin programs broadcast on "SPEED Channel" within the "Chariloto" app, which allows users to purchase tickets for Keirin and Auto Race.

This is the first time a Keirin online betting service and "SPEED Channel" have collaborated. Chari-loto aims to continue delivering new attractions and value of Keirin to fans.

From "Betting" to "Talking": Offering New Attractions and Ways to Enjoy Keirin

Keirin offers not only the excitement of predicting race outcomes but also a rich variety of attractions, including the backgrounds of individual riders, their passion for the sport, and its deep appeal as a sport. However, these charms are not always fully conveyed, and there are aspects that can be perceived as having a high barrier to entry for those outside of avid fans, making the acquisition of new fan demographics a challenge.

"SPEED Channel" distributes a wide range of Keirin-related video content enjoyable for everyone from beginners to advanced viewers. Through such content, we aim to help more people understand the appeal of Keirin, broaden the ways to enjoy it as a sport to "talk about" as well as "bet on," and contribute to expanding the fan base of Keirin.

"SPEED Channel" Viewing Function Details

Users can watch programs carefully selected by Chariloto from the videos available on "SPEED Channel." While this feature is primarily for Chariloto members, to commemorate the service launch, any user who installs the Chariloto app can use it.

*This feature is exclusive to the Chariloto app and cannot be viewed on the browser version service.

*Live streaming is scheduled to be available from summer onwards.

Launched in 2008 as a pioneer in ticket betting services, it offers prediction information for Keirin and Auto Race events across the country, as well as a feature that allows users to enjoy betting with AI-generated predictions. In addition to regular tickets for Keirin and Auto Race, "Chariloto" also handles jackpot tickets called "Keirin Kuji."
