Full-scale launch of "Q-Care" program where records become proof, expanding target to general students and parent ambassadors

Charming Care General Incorporated Association (Ikeda City, Osaka Prefecture; Representative Director: Mizuho Ishijima) will begin general recruitment for a "Volunteer/Contract Work Training Program" targeting high school and university students starting March 30, 2026. Additionally, participation in this program will be made mandatory for parent ambassadors who have been active until now.

This program utilizes the "Q-Care" tool, independently developed by Charming Care, to systematically record and visualize activity processes. Recruitment for a special program targeting high school and university students with special considerations began in advance on March 25, 2026, and this announcement expands the target to include general students and parent ambassadors.

Background and Problem Recognition

Since its establishment in 2019, Charming Care General Incorporated Association has been engaged in appearance care and school reintegration support for children with illnesses or disabilities and their families. From 2021, it began employment support for parents, and through interviews with a total of 80 people and actual support, it has accumulated knowledge that sustainable employment is only possible when conditions such as "full remote work, own pace, and spare time" are met. What became apparent while supporting parents in "working" was the issue of further education and employment for children with illnesses or disabilities themselves. For students with special considerations, the existing part-time job market primarily consists of customer service and standing work, making the hurdles for participation entirely different for children with physical limitations and hospital visit schedules. Furthermore, for students residing in rural areas, there is a structural problem of difficulty in creating connections to internships and social activities.
