[June 8, 2026] Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort (Chatan-cho Mihama, General Manager Yutaka Shishikura) will hold 'Supreme Meat Carnival – a luxurious time drowned in meat' at its buffet restaurant 'Suriyun' from Tuesday, July 7, 2026 to Monday, November 9, 2026.

We have prepared a wide variety of meat dishes that allow you to fully enjoy the appeal of meat, including 'Dice Steak' grilled in front of you by the chef, and 'Lamb Roast with Orange Mustard' accented with refreshing citrus flavor. Furthermore, you can enjoy the 'Philly Cheese Steak Slider' where melting cheese and beef flavor blend perfectly, and 'Medicinal Soup with Whole Chicken' that gently soothes your body with its rich flavor.

'Dice Steak' is a signature dish of this fair, where bite-sized beef is grilled fragrantly by the chef in front of you, locking in the original flavor of the meat. The juicy taste and aromatic scent stimulate your appetite.

'Lamb Roast with Orange Mustard' features moist roasted lamb marinated with herbs and cooked tender, bringing out its unique flavor while being easy to eat. The sauce combines the sweetness of orange and the mild sourness of mustard.

'Philly Cheese Steak Slider' uses thinly sliced beef grilled quickly for a crispy yet tender texture, topped with melting cheese and sautéed onions, sandwiched in small buns.

'Medicinal Soup' is slowly simmered whole chicken with goji berries and jujubes, offering a clear taste with deep chicken broth and gentle fragrance of ginger and herbs.
