Chiyoda Co., Ltd. Certified as '2026 Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (Large Enterprise Category)'—Fourth Consecutive Year Since 2023

Chiyoda Co., Ltd. (Suginami-ku, Tokyo; President: Masatoshi Machino) was certified in March 2026 as a '2026 Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (Large Enterprise Category)' by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi, marking its fourth consecutive year of recognition since 2023.

The Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization Recognition Program honors companies that implement strategic initiatives to maintain and improve employee health. We have positioned the creation of an environment where each employee can work energetically while maintaining physical and mental health as a key management issue and have been continuously engaged in health and productivity management.

Key Health Management Initiatives We promote improved health awareness and the establishment of healthy behaviors among employees through the following measures:

・Implementation of Annual Health Checkups We aim to prevent diseases and maintain health by identifying health risks based on checkup results and responding early.

・Implementation of 'No-Overtime Days' We are promoting a comfortable workplace environment at our head office and other locations to curb long working hours and improve work-life balance.

・Introduction of Health Promotion Apps Starting in fiscal year 2025, we introduced a health promotion app, launching a health-building initiative centered on 'walking' as a shoe specialty store. We are creating an environment where employees can enjoy developing exercise habits by utilizing a system that awards points based on daily step counts and healthy behaviors.

・Implementation of Health Check Events Last year, with the cooperation of a life insurance company, we held three 'Health Check Events' at our head office. The events covered a wide range of topics, including vegetable intake checks, oral and motor function (locomo) measurements, autonomic nerve and vascular age measurements, and skin quality analysis, which are used to help employees understand and improve their health status.

These efforts were evaluated for their contribution to raising awareness of health maintenance and improvement among employees and revitalizing the entire organization, leading to our certification again this year.
