Set within a nationally designated Important Cultural Property built in the Meiji era as a reception hall, this special project allows guests to enjoy three world-renowned champagnes—including 'Dom Perignon Vintage 2015,' usually available only by the bottle—by the glass. Additionally, the hotel offers pairings with the 'Bellini' white peach cocktail and seasonal desserts, proposing an elegant summer moment suitable for Kyoto.

*At the French restaurant 'FRENCH LE CHENE,' 'Recoltant Manipulant' champagnes will be offered by the glass on a weekly rotation.
