Ocean Expo Park Summer Festival 2026 and Mirai Kaigan Fireworks Festival 2026 to Be Held on July 4 (Sat)

Ocean Expo Park will host the 'Ocean Expo Park Summer Festival 2026' on Saturday, July 4, 2026 (Reiwa 8). As part of the festival, the 'Ocean Expo Park Mirai Kaigan Fireworks Festival 2026' will illuminate the night sky with approximately 10,000 fireworks—the largest display in the prefecture. Please be informed that traffic restrictions will be in effect on roads surrounding the park on the day of the event.

※ In the event of bad weather, the fireworks will be canceled (no postponement). The decision will be made by 11:00 AM on the day.

① Town Road No. 16: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM – Traffic restrictions due to shuttle bus operations

② Prefectural Road No. 114: 7:30 PM – 11:00 PM – No entry toward Ocean Expo Park from the Ocean Expo Park Entrance Intersection

8:20 PM – 11:00 PM – One-way traffic restriction from Ocean Expo Park (P7 Parking Lot exit) toward the Ocean Expo Park Entrance Intersection
