New 'Lords of the Fallen II' Trailer Revealed at Summer Game Fest, Launch Set for Autumn 2026

Los Angeles, CA - June 6, 2026 - Independent developer CI Games has unveiled the debut trailer, titled 'The Battle for Thorngar,' for 'Lords of the Fallen II' at Summer Game Fest. The trailer showcases intense combat and the expansive dark fantasy world, confirming that this highly anticipated Soulslike action RPG will launch simultaneously in autumn 2026 for PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

One of the newly revealed locations is 'Ysiguen,' a vast biome inspired by Asian mythology. Featuring majestic pagodas warped by demonic power and inhabited by horned courtesans, the land is guarded by 'Lingao the Souring Storm,' a massive, lightning-wreathed dragon.

Alongside the new region, the trailer introduced a new sword-based weapon class, responding to one of the most requested features from the community, alongside the previously announced scythes. Furthermore, the trailer provided a closer look at new NPCs helping players in the battle against evil, as well as the 'Lords of Darkness' standing in their path.

CI Games aims for 'Lords of the Fallen II' to be a 'bolder, braver, and bloodier' evolution of its flagship franchise. The title is directly built upon feedback from the 2023 release and lessons learned from over 70 post-launch updates.
