CIMTOPS Corporation has announced that Kazuyuki Okuhata, currently COO, will succeed Takashi Mizuno as Representative Director and CEO, effective May 28, 2026. Mizuno will transition to Chairman of the Board.

CIMTOPS Corporation (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Takashi Mizuno) announced that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on May 28, 2026, resolved to appoint Kazuyuki Okuhata (currently Director and COO) as the new Representative Director and CEO, succeeding Takashi Mizuno. Under the new structure, CIMTOPS will continue to focus on solving manufacturing site challenges, leveraging its comprehensive manufacturing solutions to build systems that utilize field-accumulated data in combination with AI. As digitalization accelerates across manufacturing, construction, logistics, and inspection sectors, CIMTOPS has led field DX with its three core products: the engineering management system 'DIRECTOR6', the field reporting system 'i-Reporter', and the BOP process editor 'MPPCreator'. Under the new CEO, Okuhata, the company will focus on connecting field data to management decision-making. Mizuno will become Chairman of the Board, supporting the succession of the company's product philosophy. Okuhata, a graduate of Doshisha University, brings extensive experience from Ryosan, BMF, and Human Technologies, having joined CIMTOPS in 2023.
