The Ichihara City Fire Department in Chiba Prefecture will host the 'Ichihara Emergency Fair 2026' at Unimo Chiharadai on Sunday, September 6, 2026 (Reiwa 8), in conjunction with 'Emergency Medical Services Day' (September 9) and 'Emergency Medical Services Week,' offering citizens a fun and educational opportunity to learn life-saving knowledge.
The event will feature experiential booths for AED and CPR training, displays of fire trucks and ambulances, firefighter role-play experiences, and a performance by the fire department music band. Additionally, the 'Scram Force,' a firefighting robot system of which only one unit exists nationwide, will be on display.
Commemorative gifts will be provided to attendees.
