Priority Negotiation Rights Awarded for Former Branch Office Site Redevelopment via Public Proposal / Kawanishi City, Hyogo Prefecture

Kawanishi City, Hyogo Prefecture, has decided to award the priority negotiation rights to Heartful Co., Ltd. for the 'Public Proposal for the Utilization of the Former Branch Office Site,' which had been open for applications since December 2025.

The city solicited proposals for developing facilities, including commercial establishments, on the former branch office site. The goal was to create a living environment where multiple generations can enjoy 'fun and fulfilling daily lives,' thereby generating positive ripple effects for the surrounding central urban area and the entire city.

As a result, business proposals were received from four companies, and after a selection process, Heartful Co., Ltd. was chosen.

The company's proposal was evaluated highly for its contribution to creating vibrancy in the area and expanding the exchange population through the attraction of a family restaurant and the development of a community hub. Additionally, the proposal was recognized for its potential to contribute to the city's revitalization by providing welfare and nursing care services and creating employment opportunities.

The selected company, Heartful Co., Ltd., is expected to contribute not only to creating local vibrancy but also to promoting the physical and mental health of residents and building a safe and secure community through the sustainable realization of its concept.
