【Problem-Solving Project Set in a "City of Manufacturing"】Recruiting Supported Startups for the "Corporate Transformation, Startup, and Growth Support Project"!

Kitakyushu City, through its "Corporate Transformation, Startup, and Growth Support Project," provides specialized growth support for local startups, facilitates the resolution of administrative issues by startups, and supports collaboration with local companies.

We are pleased to announce that we have commenced the recruitment of startups to be supported under this project.

Overview of the Corporate Transformation, Startup, and Growth Support Project

This project consists of the

"Local Startup Growth Support Program," which provides financial and mentoring support for the research, development, demonstration, and business expansion of local startups, and the "Innovation Support Program," which offers financial and mentoring support for startups to resolve administrative challenges and collaborate with local companies.

Support will be provided in collaboration with the City of Kitakyushu and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, which has been commissioned to manage the project. The secretariat will recruit, screen, and select startups for support, providing them with financial and mentoring assistance.

【Screening Method】

(1) First Screening (Document Screening)

A document review will be conducted by approximately four judges, including external experts, based on the submitted documents.

(2) Second Screening (Presentation Screening)

Selected candidates will give a presentation at a screening committee meeting, which will include external experts.
