Naruto City is proceeding with the development of the "Naruto City Children's Future Center" by renovating the City Health and Welfare Exchange Center.

An all-weather "Children's Play Area" is scheduled to open within the facility in June 2027. We are seeking nicknames for this play area so that it becomes a friendly and beloved facility for children and the community.

About Submissions

Application Period: July 6 (Mon) - August 7 (Fri) *Must arrive by the final day.

How to Apply: Apply via the dedicated form or by mail/in person with an application form.

Eligibility: Anyone can apply (up to one entry per person).

Prize: The Grand Prize winner (1 person) will receive a set of Naruto City specialty products (worth ¥5,000) or Uzutoku gift certificates (¥5,000).

About the Children's Play Area

An indoor facility with the concept: "Unexpected encounters make every day interesting!"

It consists of two areas where children can play safely and securely throughout the year, regardless of the weather.

An area divided by gentle curves, primarily for babies to preschoolers.

An area for school-aged children to mid-elementary school age, featuring diverse play opportunities such as立体遊具 (three-dimensional play equipment).

The area around the Cultural Hall and Children's Future Center will be "Naruto Riverside Park (Nari-Riba)"

"Naruto Riverside Park," abbreviated as "Nari-Riba," is the new name for the area that includes the Naruto City Cultural Hall and Children's Future Center, which will reopen in June 2027, and a portion of the Muyagawa Riverside Park.

In addition to being a place for strolling and relaxation, it aims to be a familiar place of excitement for citizens, serving as a venue for events such as markets.
