The Nirasaki City Tourism Association (Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture) will operate a round-trip day bus tour titled "Sunflower Fields of Akeno and Seasonal Delights" from Nirasaki Station on the JR Chuo Line, on three days: Wednesday, August 5, Thursday, August 6, and Friday, August 7, 2026.
Applications are currently being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis via a dedicated online form.
This tour features a luxurious day trip with a local guide, visiting iconic summer spots in Yamanashi, including the renowned 'Hokuto Akeno Sunflower Festival,' a special lunch at a normally inaccessible corporate restaurant, a winery offering views of Mount Fuji, and roadside stations brimming with seasonal fruits and summer vegetables.
