The Nirasaki City Childcare Support Center 'Nirachibi' will host the 'Nirachibi Festival 2026' on July 26, 2026 (Sunday).

This annual large-scale festival brings together local circles, organizations, and companies that support parenting as a community effort. This year, under the theme 'Design × Parenting,' we have prepared a wide variety of booths designed to bring smiles to families and strengthen community connections!

Celebrating 15 Years! A Special Day to Design Parenting Together with the Community

The summer's signature event, the Nirachibi Festival, is back again this year!

The 2026 theme is 'Design × Parenting'.

We will celebrate the 15th anniversary of 'Nirachibi' with a special logo unveiling event, collaborate with local cultural heritage to make history feel closer, and join hands with the local parenting support group 'Niragurumin' and local businesses to create exciting experiences that bring joyful smiles to parents and children.

- [Morning (AM)] Design × 'Cultural Heritage' Unveiling & Niragurumin Parenting Support Stage

Enjoy special presentations and unveilings where Nirasaki's cultural heritage meets design, along with a fun support stage by the Nirasaki parenting support group 'Niragurumin'.

- [13:30–] Congratulations, Nirachibi, on Turning 15! New Logo Reveal Event

We will unveil the adorable new logo mark, symbolizing the 15th anniversary of 'Nirachibi'!

- [14:30–] Nirachibi Kids Caravan

A fun caravan to close the festival! The first 100 children to participate will receive '15th Anniversary Logo Goods' as a gift.

Under the themes 'Design × Cultural Heritage' and 'Design × Nirachibi,' we will display children's dedicated creations from the 'Crafts at the Plaza' events in June and July, along with wonderful entries submitted by the public.

What is 'Nirachibi'? A 'Indoor Park' Where Families Can Freely Spend Time!

Let us introduce 'Nirachibi,' the venue of the festival.

Based on the concept of an 'indoor park' where parents and children can freely spend time, it is a childcare support center filled with the warmth and scent of wood, featuring large play equipment and wooden toys made from Yamanashi Prefecture's timber.

Beyond playing at the childcare plaza, we offer various support services from this base, including parent-child events, expert-led lectures, parenting consultations, family support center services, temporary childcare, Nirachibi volunteer programs, and support for self-organized circles of caregivers.
