Seeking Colleagues to Co-create the Future: Securing Diverse Talent Through an Accessible Exam System

Toyonaka City will begin accepting applications for the Reiwa 8 employment exams from Friday, May 1st. The target includes 11 occupational categories, such as administrative and technical positions. We are seeking diverse talent to advance 'city planning that connects to the future' together.

In this exam, we have prioritized accessibility; the first-stage exam for technical positions and childcare teachers will consist solely of document screening. Additionally, for technical positions and public health nurses, we will set up 'Twilight Interview Slots' allowing candidates to take exams between 17:00 and 20:00. Furthermore, by abolishing essay and composition tests across all job categories and conducting personality-focused selections more than ever before, we aim to secure a diverse range of human resources.
