Toyonaka City will implement the 'DX Implementation Support Project for Nursing Care' with the aim of promoting operational efficiency and creating a comfortable working environment through the introduction of digital technology in nursing care facilities, and ensuring the sustainability and further improvement of the quality of long-term care insurance services.

This project involves a contracted business operator providing accompanying support, including effective review of business processes and transformation of organizational culture based on national guidelines, for business improvements and the introduction of digital technology proactively undertaken by long-term care insurance facilities. Simultaneously, it will promote cross-sectional initiatives for digitalization in the nursing care sector within the city by these long-term care insurance facilities.
