### What is a Pitch? - A pitch is when a startup presents its ideas or business plans to investors in a short period. - Conversely, a 'reverse pitch' is when a municipality presents its challenges and needs to solicit solutions from companies.
### Event Overview 1. Date and Time: July 31, Reiwa 8 (Friday), 14:00–17:00 2. Venue: WeWork Midosuji Frontier (1-13-22 Sonezaki-shinchi, Kita-ku, Osaka City) 3. Content: - 8 Reverse Pitches (City presents issues to solicit solutions from the private sector) - 5 Pitches (Companies present their own ideas and expertise) - Networking session (Facilitating interaction and collaboration among participants) 4. Cooperation: Resona Bank, Limited (Initiative based on a comprehensive partnership agreement with the city) 5. Reference (Last year's performance): - 52 companies and approximately 100 people participated. - Connections were made with about 2 companies for each of the 15 issues presented. - Among these, 2 cases are moving toward concrete consideration.
