Yotsukaido City Concludes "Agreement on Procurement and Supply of Goods in Times of Disaster" with Kawakami Sangyo Co., Ltd.

Yotsukaido City and Kawakami Sangyo Co., Ltd. concluded the "Agreement on the Procurement and Supply of Goods in Times of Disaster" on Tuesday, April 21, Reiwa 8 (2026).

This agreement aims to prevent health hazards among citizens forced to live in evacuation centers by receiving a priority supply of products made of bubble wrap (Puchi Puchi) during disasters, which can be utilized for cold-weather clothing, beds, and more.
