Depot, a nostalgic bar & cafe in JR Tokyo Station, and JOE TALK COFFEE, a coffee stand in Ebisu, announced the launch of their new product, 'Coffee Pudding,' starting Monday, May 26, 2026.
This new product was developed based on the taste of Depot’s popular 'Nostalgic Bitter Pudding,' which won first place in the 'Pudding General Election' held at the station commercial facility 'Gransta' in Tokyo Station. Designed specifically for coffee lovers, it will be sold at both Depot and JOE TALK COFFEE. This is the first time JOE TALK COFFEE has sold pudding.
While the 'Nostalgic Bitter Pudding' featured coffee-infused caramel sauce, the new 'Coffee Pudding' incorporates the coffee flavor directly into the pudding itself. It maintains the nostalgic flavor associated with Depot’s pudding while offering a deeper appreciation of the bitterness and richness of coffee.
The pudding uses JOE TALK COFFEE's original blend, roasted using an open-flame roaster. By applying heat directly to the beans, the roaster highlights their inherent fragrance, bitterness, and richness.
Customers can enjoy the pudding in two ways: first as it is to savor its smooth texture, and then by adding the included coffee caramel for a deeper, bitter profile. The price is 550 JPY (tax included).
