Central News Agency, Taipei, May 27. A student team from Chung Yuan Christian University collaborated with the Taoyuan Aerotropolis Museum's '05 Alert Zone' to redesign the visitor flow using 'gamified experiences.' The park was transformed into a large-scale, real-life Monopoly game, allowing families to learn about the history of the Aerotropolis and Air Force culture through activities like rolling dice and collecting cards. Chung Yuan Christian University announced today that its advertising and marketing service-learning courses have been running for 20 years, led by faculty from the Department of Business Administration and the Department of Commercial Design. Students combine marketing, design, and field research to help local non-profits solve problems. Four student teams participated this year. For the disaster shelter needs at Luofu High School in Taoyuan's Fuxing District, students conducted evacuation simulations and redesigned floor plans and signage. Other teams are working on promoting reading in libraries and improving volunteer training.
