According to CNA, Yulon held its shareholders' meeting today. Chairwoman Yen Chen Li-lien stated that building on 12 consecutive years of ranking in the top 5% of corporate governance evaluations, Yulon will deepen sustainable operations to create long-term value for shareholders. In response to the volatile global economic and geopolitical landscape, Yulon is actively promoting transformation to pragmatically address industry challenges. Regarding core business, Yen pointed out that Yulon continues to promote mass production of new models and has secured orders for electric vehicle exports to the Japanese Mitsubishi Oceania market. Investments in Luxgen and Foxtron were completed in the second quarter, and the company will now focus on vertical integration to maximize operational efficiency. In expanding the energy business, Yen stated that the company is gradually extending from battery manufacturing to energy storage applications and engineering services, aiming to advance an energy ecosystem with strategic partners. In extended businesses, the 'Yulon City' shopping mall has demonstrated successful asset activation, with 2025 annual revenue exceeding NT$5.7 billion and over 10 million visitors. The revenue target for this year is over NT$5.9 billion. Furthermore, channel services and overseas operations are being strengthened to enhance overall operational resilience.
