Ahead of COMPUTEX Taipei, the Qisda Group has entered the AI infrastructure race, launching rack-level AI data center solutions powered by the AMD platform. Additionally, Qiyou Technology, a Qisda subsidiary, announced a partnership with cooling module leader Jentech Precision to unveil a two-phase micro-channel cooling solution for next-generation AI servers, marking the era of '5000W+ extreme cooling' in AI edge computing. Qisda explained that as power consumption for NVIDIA's Rubin platform and high-end edge chips exceeds 1500W, traditional single-phase liquid cooling faces challenges in flow control and pump power consumption. The 2P MCL developed by Qiyou and Jentech utilizes saturated boiling of coolant in micro-channels to dissipate heat through latent heat. Qisda emphasized that balancing heat dissipation, computing power, and energy efficiency is critical for next-gen data centers. At COMPUTEX 2026, Qisda will integrate its subsidiaries—Qiyou, Alpha Networks, and Qiyou—to launch a comprehensive rack-level AI data center solution.
