US and Iran Reportedly Reach Preliminary Ceasefire Extension and Nuclear Talks Agreement

As the US-Iran conflict enters its third month, a US official stated that negotiators have reached a preliminary agreement to extend the ceasefire by 60 days and initiate talks on Iran's nuclear program. The fragile ceasefire appears to be wavering, as the US military accused Iran of violating the ceasefire earlier today following reports of attacks on US ally Kuwait after US airstrikes on Iran.
