Rent for Daan District Social Housing Draws Attention; Taipei Urban Development Bureau: To Be Set Before Completion

The project will feature 3 basement levels and 22 floors above ground, providing 437 units, with completion scheduled for 2031. The bureau plans to offer various unit types, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts. Media reports suggest that based on surrounding market rates, monthly rent could range from NT$30,000 to NT$40,000. The bureau stated that rent will be determined based on the Housing Act and Ministry of the Interior guidelines, considering tenant income and market conditions.
