Central News Agency (Taipei) The "Green Collar Talent Information Platform," tailored for job seekers and professionals by the National Institute of Environmental Research (NIER), is approaching its one-year anniversary since its launch last June. It has attracted over 100,000 users with nearly 630,000 page views. The NIER stated today that the platform has transformed from a rigid government regulatory site into a digital tool featuring "job navigation, course fraud prevention, and official certificate downloads." Statistics show that user interest is highly focused on "Net-Zero talent training courses," "ministry-level training programs," and "certification information," indicating clear career transition goals. To accommodate modern fragmented learning habits, the platform has optimized its mobile interface, with 54% of users accessing it via smartphones. The most popular feature is the "official certificate inquiry and download" function; after completing courses from the 37 affiliated universities or official programs and passing the NIER's exclusive test, users can directly download certificates issued by the Ministry of Environment. This "nationally backed" certificate serves as a powerful tool for job seekers during interviews.
