Central News Agency, Taipei, May 28. Canadian singer Rozette, who gained popularity for analyzing the vocal styles of many Mandopop singers, will hold a concert in Taiwan on June 6. In an interview today, she mentioned that after being exposed to Mandopop, she discovered the vocal care secret 'Pi Pa Gao' (loquat syrup) and has become so fond of it that she carries it with her everywhere. Rozette shared that while preparing for her concert, she heard many vocal care tips, but the most difficult one to adapt to was 'drinking warm water,' which is very common in Asian life. 'Although it relaxes the muscles, it took me a long time to get used to it.' Rozette revealed that she now also eats pears and Pi Pa Gao to protect her voice, keeping a stock in her cabinet. 'It tastes good and is very soothing. Every time I'm abroad, if I can buy their throat lozenges, I definitely will. I think all singers would like this.' She reflected on her previous performance at a Taiwan New Year's Eve concert as a life-changing experience and expressed excitement about returning. When asked about potential collaborations, she named Crowd Lu, praising his songwriting and sincere performance style. Tickets for her concert at the Taipei International Convention Center are currently on sale.
