兆捷科技's New Tongluo Plant Nears Mass Production, Specialty Gases Enter Harvest Period

Semiconductor specialty gas supplier 兆捷科技 announced that its self-produced electronic implantation gases have completed certification by tier-one customers and are expected to enter mass production in the fourth quarter. Additionally, thin-film deposition gases have successfully passed certification and are expected to contribute to revenue starting in the second half of this year. The new Tongluo plant will feature one of the few fluorine-based cleaning gas production lines in Taiwan, enabling the company to meet strong demand for high-end specialty gases in advanced semiconductor and panel processes.
