Police Investigating Indecent Behavior by Couple at Keelung's National Gateway Plaza

A video showing a couple engaging in indecent behavior on the artificial turf at Keelung's National Gateway Plaza has recently circulated on social media, with netizens calling it the 'Qingtiangang 2.0 incident.' Police stated today that they have tracked the individuals involved and have notified those who spread the footage to report for questioning to clarify the situation. Previously, a couple engaged in similar behavior at Qingtiangang in Yangmingshan National Park; they were summoned by the Shilin Police Precinct, confessed, and were referred to the Shilin District Prosecutors Office for public indecency charges. Following the appearance of the new video on 'Threads,' Keelung police reviewed surveillance footage and have identified the individuals. The police also urged netizens who have captured the video not to share it further to avoid legal consequences.
